- Copy of Applicant’s Organization ID Card/ Pay Slip.
- Copy of Organization “PAN” card.
- Bank Statement Organization current A/C. (first 3 Page, not older than three months)
- Copy of Incorporation/ Registration Certificate.
- Copy of AOA & MOA. (first 2 pages)
- Copy of Last Income Tax Return/ Audit Report & Annual Return. (self-affidavit with reason if not available)
- Proof of Authorized Signatory. (Board Resolution)
- Authorized signatory Organization ID Card/ Self Attested Letter of Organization Identity.
- Copy of Partnership DEED/ Trust DEED/ LLP Agreement Containing the List of Partner/ Signatories. (2 pages)

- All documents should be attested by 1st / 2nd class grade gazetted officer.(With full signature, address, & mobile number)
